We’re looking for drivers who care about the passenger experience. We’re a small team with no dispatch centre or intermediaries: you take bookings directly, agree on the fare up front and plan your driving hours with us.
What we offer

Recent electric car
Kia EV3 or EV6, up to three years old, regularly serviced and cleaned daily. No time spent at petrol stations, a quiet cabin and less fatigue than driving a diesel.

Direct bookings
Customers call you directly. No apps, ratings or platform commissions: agree on the fare by phone before the trip.
- 03
Familiar routes
Klaipėda, Palanga, airports, ferry terminals and the coast. Advance bookings help you plan the day instead of waiting for the next ride.

A schedule we agree together
We operate around the clock, so shifts are flexible. We discuss your hours and pay openly during the interview.
What we’re looking for
- A category B driving licence and solid driving experience, with no recent serious violations.
- Eligibility under the legal requirements for passenger transport drivers. If you don’t yet have the documents, we’ll explain how to get started.
- Courtesy and calm driving. Helping with luggage, opening the door and not using a phone while driving are our standards.
- A tidy appearance and a clean car at the start and end of each shift.
- Lithuanian is required; English or German is a strong advantage as we also serve ferry and air travellers.
- Punctuality. Advance airport bookings require you to arrive on time.
